Thanks for stopping by!

Hello and welcome to Travis Bealer Photography.
My name is Travis, and I’m a portrait and lifestyle photographer based in the Seattle area. Originally from a small town in Arkansas, I moved to the Pacific Northwest in 2015 to begin a new chapter of my life. The emerald landscapes of western Washington and the vibrant people who call it home inspired me to pick up a camera and start capturing life here.

My journey began with short video clips and phone snapshots of downtown Seattle. While working at a produce stand in Pike Place Market, I met countless fascinating people, locals, tourists, and even a few familiar faces which deepened my love for documenting the energy of the city. From the Space Needle peeking through side streets, to harbor seals at the Olympic Sculpture Park, to the breathtaking view of Mt. Rainier from Seattle’s hills, I felt compelled to share the beauty of my new home with friends and family.

In 2020, I purchased my first camera, a Nikon D3100 with an 18–55mm kit lens and my passion truly ignited. As my skills grew, so did my equipment: first a Nikon D5200, then eventually a Sony a6500 paired with a Sigma 16mm f/1.4 prime lens. Transitioning from DSLR to mirrorless gave me the creative freedom I had been searching for, and with the addition of Sony’s 50mm and 85mm prime lenses, my photography began to flourish.

Now in current day, I’m stepping into a new chapter, one where I pursue what I’ve always dreamed of: sharing my vision with a wider audience and offering my photography as a service to others. I’m grateful you’ve taken the time to visit my first website, and I look forward to the stories and memories we’ll create together.
